Azienda Vinicola Gianni Doglia, a Winery in between the Gentle Slopes of Monferrato

Azienda Vinicola Gianni Doglia is located on the noble hills of the Langhe region and the gentle slopes of the Monferrato. Nothing in the region is left to chance, from the work in the vineyard to the vinification in the wine cellar, the utmost care is taken. Finally, Bruno Doglia is convinced that wine is in a constant evolution and even small inaccuracies may ruin a whole year of work. The charming vineyards cover an area of 10 hectares in Castagnole delle Lanze in the province of Asti, Piedmont. The cultivation of small natural woods that surround the winery is an ideal habitat for the local flora and fauna. The Foehn winds from the Alps and the wind from the Ligurian Sea, leave an irreplaceable impact on anyone who feels it.

Azienda Vinicola Gianni Doglia, a Heritage with Big Responsibility

The siblings, Gianni and Paola Doglia inherited from their family, what three generations had taken care of in the vineyards as well as the production of their wines. Their wines are produced with dedication expressing the essence of a unique territory, a cradle of wine and food excellence, and a UNESCO Heritage. The history of the Gianni Doglia Winery dates back to 1947 when Eugenio Rivella, grandfather of the current owner and winemaker, bought a farmhouse and started wine production. Later, in the eighties, Bruno acquired the estate and along with his wife Marisa continued the family business.
