Bodega Ecologica Luis Saavedra boasts a history of 75 years excels at producing Kosher wine and has maintained its reputation of producing the only Kosher wines all over Spain. This wine is produced by aging grapes in new American oak barrels for four months without pressing. Favored by the Jewish community, this delicious wine is unpasteurized with maximum restriction. The production of wines follows quality guidelines of the great wines of the world and the only use of indigenous yeasts is done for the elaboration of wines. The winery produces its wines with great care from its harvest to fermentation. Admired for the quality with awards and recognition from wine enthusiasts beyond Spanish borders, the Saavedra family still provides quality and tasty wine irrespective of the challenges they face.

Luis Saavedra is located on hillsides with different slopes where most of the work is carried out through mules and manual tools. The vineyard spreads on 26 hectares of land with its vine's average age being 70 years while some are of 99 years. Different microclimates in different plots influence the vegetative cycle resulting difference in maturity period of more than 30 days even between the same variety. The location receives appropriate rainfall for its vast production of grapes. All of the vineyards are organically certified by the Organic Agriculture Committee of the community of Madrid. The most famous and important farm "El Huertezuelo” produces the finest grapes like Garnacha, Moscatel, and Tinto Fino that are blended to produce delicious wine to content the heart of wine enthusiasts.
