Our winery is located in a beautifully restored old wine cellar in Madrid, where we have been crafting distinctive wines since 2015. We focus on sustainable viticulture, nurturing vineyards that are between 40 and 85 years old. Here, traditional Spanish grape varieties like Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Malvar thrive. Each year, we produce around 20,000 bottles of wine, showcasing the perfect blend of tradition and modern techniques.

We went to a tasting for a friend's birthday. Carlos, he is as professional as a pine tree. He explained the winemaking process to us and accompanied the tasting in a very original way (I don't say anything so that it would be a surprise for everyone!). He also had infinite patience and we were looking forward to the party. See you in summer, with sun, music, wine and barbecue!

It has been very good! We have tried 5 wines and 1 vermouth with their fusion tapas. In addition, the children have been given a snack and have been taken care of. Without a doubt to repeat.
