Bodegas Carchelo

Bodegas Carchelo is a family-run winery founded in 1990 and located in Jumilla, at the foot of the Sierra del Carche Regional Park. We produce wines from the Jumilla PDO, using Monastrell as our main grape variety, and are committed to organic viticulture, sustainability, and a precise and contemporary interpretation of our terroir.

Carchelo is a fully operational winery. Visitors get to see the actual spaces where we work every day: the experimental vineyard located opposite the winery, the production area, the barrel room, and the bottling area.

The tours are led by our own winery staff, who have firsthand knowledge of both the production and marketing of our wines. We work with small groups to offer a personal experience, open to conversation and far removed from impersonal tours.

Visiting Bodegas Carchelo allows you to discover the character of Monastrell, understand how we make our production decisions, and get to know from the inside a family winery linked to Jumilla and the Sierra del Carche.
