An incredible experience. Raquel gave us a super interesting tour of the winery, which culminated in a delicious tasting. The rosé and sweet wines were a revelation. 100% recommended! We'll be back!

His passion for what he does and the history of the winery, which has been maintained and continued for three generations, was evident in every detail of his explanation. Raquel showed us around the premises and told us not only about the winemaking process, but also about the origins of the winery. I have to say it was an incredible experience. Raquel welcomed us wonderfully from the first moment. During our visit, he explained in detail the work process in the winery. We participated in a wine tasting, highlighting the Casa Cisca and Santa wines, as well as a delicious lunch. Very good winery. The visit to the Los Laureles wine group was unforgettable. Raquel welcomed us in a luxurious way. We took a tour of the different rooms of the winery and the work in the Castaño winery was explained to us very professionally. Afterwards there was a tasting and lunch with very good quality products. Two outstanding wines must be highlighted: Santa and Casa Cisca. Raquel, we are waiting for you in Tenerife.

A prestigious bodega in Yecla near Murcia. Very well presented introduction from the growing fields, explanation of the winery, wine tasting and dinner. Very enjoyable. There is also a shop to buy wine and oil.

Good afternoon. I have searched your website to leave this comment because this week I tried this white wine at a friend's house. I was pleasantly surprised. We had it to accompany a baked hake and I can confirm that it was the perfect combination. It is a smooth wine with fruity notes and very pleasant to the palate. From now on it will not be missing in my house.

Sitting in Aberdeen Scotland on a cold winter's night and opened a bottle of Heredad del Rey, Seleccion Reservada. It's a lovely wine and we drank more than we intended. Thank you for lifting our spirits!

We went on a guided tour of the vineyard and the winery followed by a lunch and wine tasting. Lunch and wine were excellent. We bought a case of their excellent wine in the shop afterwards.

The third, and final, day of our wine trip to Yecla concluded with a return visit to an old favourite: Bodega Castano. Our companion for the day was the charming Raquel, who once again took on a our of the vineyards and then the bodega itself. We enjoyed a splendid lunch in the dining room at the bodega, where they had recently recruited a new chef. As usual, Raquel was generous with the wines, after which we all visited the shop and loaded up for the journey back to Moraira. This was either, the fifth, or sixth, time we have had the pleasure of taking the Castano tour, and will certainly not be the last.

What a super days visit. Our hosts were extremely informative, the visit to the vine yards very interesting. Our lunch and accompanying wines, delightful. This day, is certainly recommended.

This is a great place to get excellent value for money. I've been a fan of the collection series for quite a few years. Before tasting, be sure to follow the steps of 14° wine connoisseurs. Be careful with the prices, though; a Castano is not a Duero Carion!

Great wines at great prices. Friendly and nice staff that offers tastings based on the customer's tastes. Worth a visit if you pass by Yecla!
