Bodega Madrid Romero es una bodega situada en el pintoresco Valle de El Carche, a pocos kilómetros de la localidad murciana de Jumilla. El Valle de El Carche es un espacio natural protegido por su belleza, en el que conviven espectaculares paisajes de viñedos y olivos. La bodega fue fundada por Rosana Madrid Romero en su afán de elaborar vinos de alta calidad bajo la Denominación de Origen de Jumilla.

Una bodega emblemática en plena naturaleza

En las 17 hectáreas de viñedo se cultivan de forma manual variedades de uva como Macabeo, Monastrell, Garnacha, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah y Petit Verdot, lo que permite elaborar aproximadamente 30.000 botellas al año. Los espacios exteriores e interiores de la bodega están diseñados con líneas rectas y modernas que se compensan con el clasicismo de la piedra del río de Salamanca y el mármol natural. Es una perfecta armonía entre alta gastronomía y buen vino.

We went to the wine tasting and chose the “Experiencia Coleccion Chapo” and it was fantastic from start to finish. Great wine, great food, great service. We were the only English speaking couple on the tour so the owners daughter took us around, for someone who is just 13 years old she was mature beyond her years and told us all about the winery, its history and her family. 100% recommended!

Great place to visit. My husband and I went with my mother in law, my son and his husband, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Phoebe was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The wine and tapas were delicious. I would recommend a visit, but make sure you have a designated driver so you can sample the delights on offer.

Lovely experience near the Mar Menor, a family winery with interesting wines still to be discovered in many areas of the region. The girl who did the visit in Spanish for us and in English for another couple made it very enjoyable and entertaining. Highly recommended visit to taste their wines.

A visit to the winery and a tasting with a spectacular aperitif. Adrián showed it to us, a charming person, he answered all our questions, he was attentive to everyone, he did the visit in English and Spanish and he didn't leave out any detail. I recommend it 100%. And the wines are very good. To repeat and recommend to everyone. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
