It was a delight to meet Santiago Roma today and hear of his experiences making wine over the last 25 years. His passion for the land, the vines and the process are evident in the wines he produces. While we spoke different languages, I was able to understand what he's accomplished and what he intends for the future. Make an appointment and visit this great guy in a beautiful spot of Rias Baixas.

Excellent visit. Personalized and with detailed explanations like no other we had done before. The dedication and work that Santiago puts into the vineyards, seeking to differentiate himself, are on another level. Spectacular Albariño aged in granite amphorae. A highly recommended visit

Very nice and warm welcome from the owner Santiago. It is a family business with delicious wines and he is also very creative in making his wines from granite. A visit and a tasting of the wines are definitely worth it!

We were recommended by another bodega in the Ribeira Sacra (Adega Vella) to visit Santiago Roma based on our preferences: well established, non-industrial and intimate experience. We experienced all of these and more. We had the pleasure of having Santiago Roma himself educate us on the wines, geographical influence and production of the winery. What truly sets him apart from all the rest though is his immense passion for what he does, his innovation, being better every day and his willingness to share it with us.
