Bodegas Vi Rei: A Unique Winery Experience

Yesterday I was at Vi Rei for the first time with my girlfriend, a very beautiful property, we felt so comfortable. Although I don't drink wine at all, the friendly Danni managed to get me to take a carton of Es Pop with me at the end, I also have to mention that the olive oil is the best oil I've ever tried, very mild and delicious, best wishes also to the nice kitchen fairy, the bread was also very tasty. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely afternoon 🥰

We came to the wine tasting on December 4th, 2024 without an appointment. We were greeted in a friendly manner by a German-speaking lady who told us that it was her first day at work. She then brought her local colleague over and translated the technical information. Perfect. We tried five wines and were given small cheese snacks as well as small olives and crackers grown on the winery. Super tasty. And all for a price of €7.00 per person. We are delighted and cannot understand why there are people who have something to complain about. By the way: The fact that a five-wine tasting is not served in five different glasses is also completely normal here in Germany. I host wine tastings myself for one of the leading wineries in Baden and would therefore like to give a big compliment to the Vi Rei winery we visited. B. Dresel

We visited the winery as a birthday present and had a very pleasant morning. The facilities are incredible, as is the staff, very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the little train ride through the vineyard, and the tasting even more! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience at these wineries. Eugenia and Ursula took care of us. We received exquisite and personalized service. Eugenia explained each of the wines we were trying and made sure we knew all the varieties according to our tastes. We felt at home. We will come back again.

I've been on a few wine tours but this is the best. First of all - there is a TRAIN!! Secondly - there is an Ursula. Ursula our guide was professional, knowledgeable and sweet. Wrangling our small group of visitors like a mama hen. We tasted 5 wines accompanied by a small plate of nibbles. I don't know much about wine but I know when something is quality and the produce of Vi Rei is quality in every aspect. And yet the prices are very reasonable including the small range of souvenirs. We took wine away with us. And a few souvenirs. And the pigs are happy.

We had a guided tour as well as the wine tasting. The lady who gave us the tour was very friendly and explained things very well. We really enjoyed the wine tasting as well as the availability of the staff to answer our questions.

Today I visited Bodegas Vi Rei, an experience that included visiting the winery and tasting some wines. The attention of the guide (Ursula, if I remember correctly) was very good. She explained in detail and was very attentive at all times. We also ordered a pa amb Oli. When we left we bought some bottles that we liked in the tasting. Great price. We will definitely buy it again and take advantage of the opportunity to taste their wines with all the variety of experiences they offer. Totally recommended. Thank you. Best regards.

Have been to Vi Rei many times to stock up on their fantastic wines and enjoy a Pa am Boli lunch. Today we did the wine sampling and picnic . What a great day and experience. Thanks to Ursula for looking after us.

Amazing vineyard - easily accessible if you are exploring the South East of the island. We frequent it often, of course for the first class wine at affordable prices - but also for the warm welcome by its professional front of house, Ursula and the very tasty P’amb Oli they offer. Fantastic views and walks within the acres of grounds. A must for locals and tourists. Hopefully they manage to recruit more staff of the same high calibre soon, as when busy a lot of work for one person to handle (but always with a smile!)

A very special experience. It is the season of wines and grape harvest. A very cozy place, with very good quality products, a shop with different gourmet products, wines, oils, and food tasting, you can try the oils and wines, they are on a table, I spoke with the manager to take some photos and she gave me permission. It is a place visited by many tourists, just as they are in the facilities, several vehicles and motorcycles arrived. Highly recommended.

Four of us booked a tour and tasting and were warmly welcomed by Ursula. The tour started with a ride on the "train" through the vineyards. We learned various information about the largest winery in Mallorca. We then received insights and information about Vi Rei's wine production. The tour ended with a tasting of two white wines, a rosé wine and two red wines with olives, cheese, crackers, etc. Even though the wines did not completely convince our palates in terms of taste, we found the tour and tasting very exciting and would like to thank Ursula for her kindness.

We were looking round for somewhere to go for a couple of hours break from the pool and the beach when we discovered this wine tour paradise. We booked a time slot on line and paid just €18.50 each. We set out on the journey and knew we had arrived when we saw a gigantic wine bottle at the entrance. We arrived at the Bodega just before the start time of 12 o’clock. We were welcomed by a representative who checked our booking. We then went outside to board the “train” which was to transport us round the vineyard. We only saw a part of the 100 hectares of land planted with different variety of vines, olive trees and some vegetable beds. We passed the on site hotel and viewed the deer that live in the woods on the estate. After a fascinating trip through more vines than we had ever seen before. During the journey the representative did her best to relate the history of the vineyard. We returned to the main building and were escorted round the processing plant. Full of state of the art, high tech equipment used to produce their brews. We then came back into the main building for the best part of the trip the wine tasting. We have been to similar experiences when you are given a very meagre sample of wine to taste but this was not what we were offered here. We tried five different wines, each introduced by the representative and each time we were offered a generous sample of each wine. They were accompanied by some cheese and olive tapas with delicious wine pearls. Although there were wine tasting spittoons I did not see anyone use them. We made our own notes on each wine and decided on those we would like to try in the future. One of the best things was that there was no pressure to buy the wine on offer just to try and appreciate their excellent produce. We did buy a bottle of our favourite to drink later. My wife also bought a Save water Drink wine T-shirt and we had to take some wine pearls home with us. We can recommend this great experience to anyone who wants to spend a couple of hours learning about a great wine producing company.

An excellent place for a wine tasting or experience. The service is excellent; the waitress gave us her all. They offer a variety of products that enhance the experience. They also offer several additional services, such as tours, sales, tours, events, and more! The prices are very affordable. Reservations are recommended for tours.

We were here for a wine tasting in April 2022. We were guided through the immense cultivation area on a small train and were even able to catch a glimpse of deer and pigs. Our guide, Michaela, who impressed with her knowledge of German, was able to make our tour a wonderful experience with her expertise and friendly manner. After the tour, we went through the wine cellar equipped with steel tanks. Then we went back to the spacious taproom, where we were able to taste a total of 6 wines. This was accompanied by some homemade tapas made from the company's own olives and pigs. We paid €22 per person for this two-hour tour including wines and tapas. We found the price-performance ratio to be very good and can only warmly recommend the tour at ViRei with Michaela!

Very warm welcome for a visit followed by a generous tasting among the vines surrounding the estate, a stopover to make for wine lovers.

Wine tasting and tour, the young lady who looked after us was first class, very professional. The tour was of Interest and the wine was beautiful. Only criticism I had was the young lady had to deal with everything, greeting new people, serving in the shop etc, while others looked on. They are lucky to have her working there.

Free tasting of the bodega's wines...very nice setting...bodega just built...young vines...to be repeated in 10 years with wines that will have aged.
