Fruit distilling - a tribute to our wonderful homeland

What began over 100 years ago is now being continued full-time in the 4th generation: the passion for a very special craft, fruit distilling.

Between the picturesque landscapes of Hegau and Lake Constance, we dedicate ourselves to one task: preserving the flavours of our regional fruit in a fine brandy and making them tangible for you.

A matter of attitude
We are a small family business in the 4th generation and produce in small batches and by hand. We stand for authentic and traditional production methods and naturally do not use any rounding sugar. We have developed a pronounced penchant for single-variety fruit brandies.

No story, just a desire to distil.
It is an old craft that is carried on with heart and mind. No more, no less. Because it doesn't need a story, it doesn't need a recipe found by chance. All it needs is respect and passion for the craft.

Your distiller, Andrea Koch & family

Another passion: cider

‘Mela d'oro’ not only sounds very melodic, but is also the Italian name for golden apple. The hand-picked apples from Lake Constance come from our own orchard. The Lake Constance region benefits from its Mediterranean climate, which is reflected in the strong flavour of the fruit grown here. Meladoro is our homage to the Lake Constance apple.

Just take a look shortly after the store closes. Then the boss comes and asks if he can help. We were able to try our selection quickly. Very friendly and good advice. Products are 1a

Gerne immer wieder

The Whis’Pear Whiskey Sour is absolutely outstanding! I honestly can't remember ever enjoying such a delicious premixed cocktail. A big thank you to Andrea for the fantastic tasting! It was immediately noticeable how much passion you have behind your products. It was a great experience!
