Went to a sensory seminar at the Vinophilium company. Extremely competent management (a married couple): very good materials, good teaching, great explanations. 8 hours with breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks. It was well worth it. Simply great.

The tour through the vineyard and the wine cellar was entertaining. Lots of information but also anecdotes from the history of the region. The wines at the tasting were dry, apart from the sparkling wine. The snack platter was simple. It was a very nice evening.
