What a beautiful winery! Super friendly staff, delicious wines and what a view! We will definitely be back if there is a table available to eat. And a nice discount if you order something that will be credited towards the wine tasting. Go for it! You can be proud of this!

High end, modern restaurant that was fantastic! We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and everything was just wonderful. I would highly recommend a stop here for a special meal!

I visited the winery for the first time on recommendation. To cut a long story short, it was worth the trip from the Rhineland. The wines are evidence of a passion for producing independent wines with great commitment and competence. The 2018 Riesling from BundSandstein, whose stocks have unfortunately become small, represents the perfect off-dry Riesling. I would have expected it on the Mosel and certainly not in Baden. The (my ;-) Pinot Noirs, starting with the anything but mainstream terroir wine "Roter Porphyer" through the Pinot Noir "Reserve" to the "Felsenstück" really impressed me. They are all different. But the idea behind them is tasty. No jam, no superficial, pleasant fruit and certainly no cellar tricks. These are Pinot Noirs in the classic, more Burgundian style. You have to look to find such wines. Or, you get a spot-on recommendation. ;-) Last but not least: The support during the rehearsal by Ms. Powerath couldn't have been better. Thank you very much! And see you next time. MS

We were there spontaneously to get to know the Kopp range better and to take a look at the Ebanat restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we were very impressed by the architecture of the building. We were given a warm welcome and the employee took the time to show us the rooms and the restaurant. Afterwards, we were able to learn a bit about the wines in the wine shop and then tried a few of the range. We are not wine connoisseurs, but the friendly employee was very patient and explained the differences between the wines to us in a way that was very understandable for us. I can only recommend that everyone from the region just stop by the wine shop. It is much more fun to buy your wine directly from the winemaker! We bought some wine straight away and are already looking forward to our next visit - then to the restaurant!
