Welcome to Poggio al Vento, a family-run agritourism business established in 1961 by Lido, Marisa, and Roberto Mascelloni. We offer five fully equipped apartments, complete with kitchen essentials, bed linens, and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our apartments are nestled in the pristine nature of the Parco della Valdorcia, providing a serene backdrop for your holiday among our olive trees and vineyards.

Experience warm hospitality and breathtaking views that will make your stay truly memorable.

In the early 1970s, we expanded our agricultural endeavors by planting an additional hectare of vineyards and began producing wine in traditional demijohns, large 54-liter glass bottles.

On Valentine's Day 2000, we proudly bottled our first Sangiovese wine, earning the controlled designation of origin "Orcia." We enhanced the quality of our wines by aging them in barriques.

In 2002, we introduced a premium Sangiovese blend, incorporating 15% round leaf, which we named ARCERE. Our commitment to organic farming ensures that our wines reflect the rich terroir of Tuscany.

We were kindly received by Fabiana on a Sunday, given a tour of the domain and afterwards a tasting of 3 wines with antipasti. The wines were very tasty and fresh, we took some with us. The view is breathtaking and the Mascelloni family is very hospitable. Highly recommended! Well worth a visit!

Fantastic wine tasting experience in a beautiful scenery of Roberto's farmhouse and wineyard combined with the tour. Roberto is a wonderful person and the wine he produces is very delicious and unique in taste. Definitely worth coming there!

If you are looking for a small, family-owned vineyard, this is the place! We came to Tuscany looking for a place where our family of 4 could learn a little about the region, taste some wine, but not feel like our younger daughter (17) would be completely left out. This was/is the perfect place. Fabianna is the most wonderful host. She speaks English fluently, and beautifully explained the grapes, process, wines produced, etc. She also has the best sense of humor. So fun!! We were also the only ones so it felt so personal. We had a private tour, then tasted the wines, had plates of cheese and meat, followed by homemade desserts, and all for $20 each. And only $10 for the non-drinker. This is the way to experience Tuscany!
