Deeply rotted in the region
Cantino Gaffino winery is deeply rooted in its territory, a land suited to wine production and with a winemaking history over two thousand years. Almost 60 years ago they gave value to a territory chosen by the ancient Romans to produce their wines, all in organic management. They are an artisan company attentive to the peculiarities of the territory and its fruits. They have all the characteristics to give to the vine and its fruit to guarantee a healthy and balanced growth: geographic position, volcanic soils origin, the right exposure and an altitude on the see level.
Wines reflecting modern philosophy of production
In order to control the quality of products, they use only their grapes to produce their wines. Their wines reflect their modern philosophy of production, without ever forgetting the teachings of the past that characterize their immense cultural background.
