Cantine Vitevis S.C.A, Wines from Four Distinguished Wineries
Four Wineries Under One Banner
The Cantine Vitevis cooperative has four wineries spread across the Veneto region. The Gambellara winery of the Vicenza province was established in 1947, making it the first cooperative winery of that area. The Montecchio Maggiore, established in 1955, has produced numerous award winning wines blended from their international and indigenous vines. The Cantina Sociale Veronese del Garda, 1958, of Lake Garda area is located in a historical landscape near to lake and city of love, Verona. The relatively young winery, Malo, established in 1961 is a firm completely devoted to sustainable organic farming. The Veneto Region
The Veneto region has volcanic and glacial soil composition that is appropriate for grapes cultivation. The gifted area gets good exposure to the sun and also has suitable climatic conditions for growing grapes. The four different wineries of Vitevis have distinct soil compositions. Their territories have volcanic soil of Gambellara area, Morainic soil of Lake Garda, Calcareous soil of North-Eastern Italy and Argillaceous soils composed of aluminium silicates. These wineries produce wines that have distinct tastes for distinct palates.Quality Wines without Compromising Natural Environment
A wine's uniqueness is the result of the interaction of environmental factors and human competency. The Vitevis wineries were already located in naturally gifted winegrowing region and all they needed was to bring together a group of skilled team members, who would provide the essential expertise to not only make high quality wines but also to implement practices that are environment friendly. A winegrowing and enological culture values and protects the environment by relying on expertise of both, traditional and cutting-edge agronomic techniques.Experiences to book at Cantine Vitevis S.C.A.

The selection of wines from this winery is wide. It also produces sparkling and award-winning wines. Their Durello is excellent. The area is wine-making by vocation and, as you choose, choose well. The prices are affordable, it also offers courier shipping but a visit is worth more.
