The winery consists of three halls and tunnels that will take you to ‘Hell’ – a place where the owner has lined up his barrels for wine aging and refining. It also boasts a world of art by many artists. Then comes Casa Vigil’s ‘Purgatory’ and ‘Paradise,’ where tourists are welcome to have a sophisticated culinary experience. All the cuisines and food items are from family recipes, paired with wines of the winery.
Top cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Semillon, and Malbec. Alejandro also cultivates high-quality Syrah, Viognier, Cabernet Franc, and Bonarda. These vines are carefully developed without the use of any chemicals. With complete respect for nature, the grapes are harvested manually as the best berries are transformed into top-class red and whites wines.
