The Winery has One of the Largest Estates in Tuscany

Spread across 2,300 acres, the estate just goes on and on. The property includes the cellar, the castle, the little village and the guest house villa. The terroirs of the winery are unique with rich soil and the closeness to the Mediterranean seas gives the grapes the perfect environment to grow in. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc can be found here. The estate also grows wheat, cereals and olive trees for extra virgin olive oil.

In a castle and land that date back to a thousand years of history, Castello del Terriccio is a fascinating place. The viticulture territory goes back to as long as between 800 and 500 BC during the Etruscans time. The viticulture legacy is still carried on to this day with finest quality wines made at Castello del Terriccio Winery.
