Magical place, deafening silence, exceptional view, very good wines and strangely not expensive. Very high level of hospitality... what else to say? We will return soon!

This was a must do for any wine lovers. We visited many wineries throughout Tuscany and this was by far our favorite. Ordered wine and delivery was a breeze. Incredible grounds and incredible wine.

We were able to experience a very authentic wine tasting. Chiara was very friendly and we felt very welcome. The castle is a dream, the view and the cellar blew us away. We recommend coming here if you want to experience something personal with a lot of tradition and history.

We made an appointment to do a tour and tasting here. It is a beautiful place and they make very good wines there. The prices for everything were very high.

Go here - go here - go here! Friends and I visited in July 2022. The tour was awesome (thank you Kiara)! We were there the day they were bottling. And got to see it happening. Our wine tasting was amazing. We had a private room and an explanation of each wine we were tasting. We purchased plenty to be shipped home. I cannot recommend a stop here enough. It was magical. A truly Italian experience. 10 out of 10.

Not all castles are the same... Even if some renovations make them so... The Paneretta Castle is authentic and if a photographer happens to find himself in such a place, he never wants to leave. The panorama, the views, the details that emerge as you get closer to the statues, the entrance, the frescoes - everything captivates the gaze and makes you forget time. Time no longer exists... And for this reason it is better to approach it on foot, leaving the car at first and enjoying the yellow vineyards, the ochre forests and the towers of San Gimignano in the distance... today as four centuries ago....

It is a magnificent building, I believe the headquarters or part of a farm/winery; But I have only passed by it via the external municipal road. I cannot say whether it is open to visitors or not.

Incredible place with lovely people. We had Chiara for a tour of the grounds and tasting and she was so knowledgeable and indulged all our questions perfectly. You should go out of your way to go here.

My boyfriend and I booked a guided tour including a wine tasting. To our surprise, the tour was private for only the two of us, which made us feel special and cared about as customers. Our guide Caterina made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit, she was very, very kind. She showed us their winery and parts of the private castle and explained a lot about their traditional way of wine making, but also about the history of this beautiful place. The wines we tasted were amazing. We definitely recommend going there!

We showed up unannounced in February 2020. We rang the bell and they arranged to let us in for a tour and tasting! We bought several bottles of wine and olive oil and love it! Their hospitality was fantastic! Wine was tasted and cheese and crackers were served. We had a lovely time and look forward to our next visit!

The Paneretta Castle, owned by the Marchesi Strozzi until the 70s/80s, immersed in a typical Chianti countryside, is a magical place. The beautiful entrance with the frescoed atrium, the enormous rooms, the historic cellars, the lawn surrounded by centuries-old cypress trees. The central tower, the clock tower. A magnificent attraction of the area.
