Castello di Nipozzano

Magnificent place! We rented the Moraiolo room for 4 wonderful nights. Quiet place, breathtaking scenery as far as the eye can see. Magnificent lunch prepared by Barbara. We were also invited to a tour of the vineyard with Federica. A wonderful, kind person who was kind enough to chat with us in French. We also had the Tuscan snack in a room just for us. A delight! I would go back tomorrow morning if I could. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Moraiolo room which is located on the site in a beautiful restored and renovated building. The people who work there are so friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was incredible! The cleanliness of the place and the freshness of the breakfasts were much appreciated. We did the tour of the vineyard with tasting. Truly an excellent visit! Very informative and exciting. Elena also answered all our questions without the slightest worry. The "light lunch" and the wines were delicious. The historical side of the site and the view.. everything was breathtaking. I would have stayed longer!

Interesting visit to the Nipozzano Frescobaldi castle! A briefing with some details on the estate and the origin of the wines, the guide Helena very friendly and professional 👏 Good timing with a reserved tasting area in a dedicated lounge!

We had a guided tour followed by lunch and wine tasting - it was worth every euro! Our guide Laura had extensive knowledge and was simply wonderful! Definitely recommended!

Me and my family did the Tour with Tuscan Snack. Laura is a wonderful host, fun and welcoming. The winery is full os history, besides the good wine. I really recommend this experience.

An age-old castle and wine production facility. Incredible & picturesque views and an unmatched opportunity to observe the stronghold of Frescobaldi family.

Very nice visit to the winery and the castle, super tasting. We were a group of 18 people and I must say that the quality/price ratio of the experience is, in my opinion, more than good. Tasting with 3 wines and a plate of cold cuts, lots of cheeses and vegetables served in a historic room of the castle. For the children, fruit juice (very good) always accompanied by greetings and cheeses. Highly recommended.

The historic winery of the Nippozzap castle is really beautiful to visit and, being 25 minutes from Florence, it is also very easy to reach. The whole village is surrounded by greenery, the visit and the tasting are very well organized. We did not stay but we were shown the rooms of the old oil mill which are really beautiful.

Stayed in the room Moraiolo for three nights and it was an amazing experience! I would highly recommend it for any occasion since the give you the opportunity to rent the whole place for a better price if you’re a bigger family or big group of friends. The views from our room and the little terrace outside the kitchen were unreal, breakfast in the morning was very fresh, the room was impeccable, and the people working there were so polite and beyond helpful with everything! There was a jacuzzi outside that was so so nice and easy to use! We also did the tour of Nipozzano and Pomino and it was AN experience! Highly highly recommend it, couldn’t praise it more!

It’s definitely one of a kind experience. This winery and the establishment is one of the oldest in the country. Nestled in the Tuscan landscape this storied place is owned by one of the most influential florentine family for centuries. The wines are average in true sense. The Sangiovese ones are rich and lovely; rest are okay. The lunch experience was quite fancy and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed with friends at the ancient oil mill of the Castle. A marvel! Clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts. We booked the entire structure and, for 3 days, we felt at home. Super breakfast, savory and sweet with products such as yogurt and local jams. Quiet area and spectacular view. Recommended!

Very high quality wine tasting based on the antipasti plate. The tour was definitely interesting and the English-speaking guide was very friendly and competent. At the wine tasting I would have preferred just 5 wines instead of 3 for 44€ per person.

Stunning property of the Marchese Frescobaldi. I have visited the castle and the estate on the occasion of various motor events for cars and motorcycles. Enchanting location for events of any kind so, if you have any excuse, participate because you will not be disappointed!! Congratulations to those who decide to open fantastic places like this to those who want healthy fun.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful estate. We were introduced into the history of the location, wine and olive oil making. We were only a party of four so the tour through the estate was very personal. A highlight the late lunch pairing with wine produced in the estate. The table was nicely set the ambiance beautiful and the service impeccable. The food was mouthwatering - compliments to the kitchen. Some shopping at the in-house shop ended our visit to Castello Nipozzano.
