Azienda Agricola Cesani – Passion for a Sustainable Agriculture Since 1949
In the mid 20th century, Guido and Annunziata purchased the Cesani Estate. They started practicing subsistence farming activities in the 50s. Later, their son Vincenzo acquired the winery, giving birth to new techniques while preserving the family’s winemaking traditions. His focus was more on organic production of wines and olive oils, which his production wine well-recognized among local dwellers. Today, Vincenzo’s daughters, Letizia and Marialusia, handle all the vineyards and the cellars’ processes. The sisters have expanded the cultivated land to 25 hectares, where they grow top-class Sangiovese, Vernaccia Di San Gimignano, and Ciliegiolo.
