Traditional Values and Exceptional Wines in the Heart of Champagne
A Century of Family Tradition
Founded in 1911 by Henri Lhopital, Champagne J. de Telmont is a family-owned winery now managed by the fourth generation, siblings Bertrand and Pascale. Their commitment to traditional winemaking, sustainability, and a passion for quality has positioned them among the top 20 Champagne houses. With a rich history and a dedication to excellence, they produce remarkable Champagne that reflects their heritage.
Crafting Unique Cuvées
Spanning 30 hectares, the Champagne J. de Telmont vineyard features eight distinct plots where three grape varieties flourish. The winery produces eight unique Cuvées, including four vintage options. The Blanc de Blancs wines are known for their delicate, powerful, and creamy profiles, while the blended Cuvées offer a fruity richness. Each bottle embodies the high standards and craftsmanship that define the winery.
Engaging Workshops for Wine Enthusiasts
Champagne J. de Telmont invites wine lovers to participate in their educational workshops, designed for both novices and seasoned enthusiasts. Since 2007, the Ateliers Champagne have provided insights into the winery's history and the art of winemaking. These workshops, held from Monday to Saturday, offer a chance to learn about the Champagne region and its wines. With four sessions each week, attendees can deepen their appreciation for this sparkling beverage.
