Their vineyards spread over 16 hectares of land between Avenay and Dizy, known as Premier Cru and Grand Cru. The majority of the vineyards are planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts. Preserving the health of the vineyards has been the family’s priority since the beginning. Time, attention, and care are given to each vine to ensure quality grapes. Only the physiological treatments necessary for the vines are carried out at the required times. The traditional champagnes have a diverse and vibrant variety of flavors and aromas that are loved by their customers. Most of their vintages are on the menus of the best hotels and restaurants in the region, which shows the high-quality of their champagnes.
