An Exclusive Winery Focusing on High Quality Champagnes

Champagne Collery, the Reborn Winery

Champagne Collery is located in Aÿ, between the Reims mountains in northeastern France. The Grand Cru terroirs that cover the land are famous for their high quality champagnes, and Champagne Collery is no exception. Its story dates back to 1893 when Jules-Anatole Collery created the brand. From being one of the first winemakers to champagnize his wines and market the bottles, the brand grew to be so much more since the Collery family developed the concept for generations to come. Today, new owners manage the winery, although the commitment and passion remains. The new owners exclusively representent winery’s special Champenois Grand Crus, which gives their characteristic Pinot Noirs.

Exclusive Wines

Champagne Collery concentrates on producing exquisite high quality single-, blend- and vintage-champagnes, from precisely produced Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. The winery pays attention in managing the grapes and therefore they only work with grape growers that embrace the same philosophy. But it is not only the traditional champagnes that Champagne Collery is famous for. The winery also produces the two rare and exclusive wine-types Couteaux Champenois and Ratafia in their hidden cellar. These are finely crafted wines that mostly are confidentially shared, but luckily, they can be found at Champagne Collery.

An Estate that has it all

Champagne Collery is not only a winery to taste wines at, since the estate consists of much more than that. Except for Aÿ being a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site to witness, there is an amazing terraces and a Champagne rooftop bar to do so from. The estate also has a Bed & Breakfast offering comfortable and luxurious rooms. There is even a working atelier with Wi-Fi, a big presentation screen, a coffee corner and other pleasant amenities. From September 2021, a kitchen with an all inclusive-menu will take place once a month.
