Château Adélaïde is located in Cahuzac-sur-Vere, in-between Gaillac and Cordes sur Ciel. The owners of this fine estate are the Ferretti Family. The territory of the Château obtains 14 hectares vineyards and the winery has a great range of grape varieties growing on its land. In production, Château Adélaïde prefers using traditional methods of vinification with maturation of red wines taking place in oak barrels.

Château Adélaïde’s grape variety consists of grape varieties of Gaillacois, and also other traditional varieties of other regions. The winery also plants the grape varieties that are old and almost forgotten — old varieties and local varieties such as Duras, Aard de l’Oeil, Braucol, Syrah, Mauzac mix with other varieties such as Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
