Our estate spans 24 hectares, where we prioritize sustainable farming practices to maintain the land's distinctive character. The winemaking process takes place in an 18th-century "cuverie" located behind the medieval castle, blending time-honored traditions with modern expertise.

Since taking over in 2023, I have been dedicated to preserving the estate's legacy while promoting the values of authenticity and community that Burgundy is known for. We invite wine lovers and travelers to visit our estate, learn about our winemaking process, and savor our exceptional wines.
