Set against the backdrop of an 11th-century chapel, our organic wine estate is surrounded by serene pine forests and lush scrubland. We are passionate about the unique Minervois terroir and invite you to taste our award-winning organic wines, including red, white, and rosé varieties.
For larger gatherings, we can arrange group meals for up to 50 guests with a local caterer upon request. Our facilities include a meeting room that accommodates 100 people and three cozy cottages for 4 to 6 guests. Ample parking is available, and tours are offered in both French and English.
Just a short drive from the medieval city of Carcassonne, our estate is ideally located for visiting nearby attractions. Explore the stunning abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the captivating Limousis and Cabrespine caves, and picturesque villages like Minerve. The region is also home to the historic Cathar country and its renowned castles, making it a perfect destination for wine lovers and travelers alike.

Comfortable holiday home in a very well renovated and quiet area. Large swimming pool, high quality organic wines. Located 20 minutes from Carcassonne. We recommend!

We spent a wonderful week in Le Moulin at Chateau St Jacques d’Albas with our 3 teens in August 2022. A beautiful, peaceful setting in an authentic vineyard, ideal for unwinding, evening strolls in warm breezes or relaxing by the pool. Spacious, homely, clean, accommodation, while teens enjoyed the fine well maintained pool and tennis court. Spent an entertaining hour with the discerning owner Graham who called in to welcome us, he has plenty of recommendations for local cuisine and tips for visits to Narbonne (1.5hr) and Carcassonne (15min). Included in our stay was an excellent wine-tasting experience with the very knowledgeable Martine along with a tour of the wine-making facility. We took home 6 cases of their excellent produce! Highly recommended, would love to return in the future.
