Cinque Quinti was born from five siblings, one dream, and the rolling hills of Monferrato. What began as a family bond has become a winery where tradition meets creativity, rooted in the ancient infernot cellars carved into stone. Here, the rhythm of the seasons guides our work: from the vines growing on sunlit hillsides to the cellar where time shapes every bottle.

Each wine reflects our heritage and passion, a celebration of family, nature, and the timeless beauty of our land. We focus on the native grapes of our territory — Grignolino, with its refined elegance, and Barbera, known for its vibrant character — crafting wines that speak of Monferrato’s authenticity and soul.

Visiting the Inferno winery was a truly wonderful and interesting experience. The place is unique. We learned about the history and the work behind the winemaking process, and it was fascinating to witness the entire process. The tasting was first-class, with wines that truly surprised us. An excellent opportunity to discover the region and its flavors.

Beautiful location, excellent wine bar. We enjoyed a truly superb Mariulin Chardonnay, accompanied by a selection of salami and cheese. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. A visit is highly recommended if you are passing through Cella Monte, one of Italy's most beautiful villages and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thank you.

On Tuesday, we visited the village and were drawn to this beautiful winery. Although it wasn't really the right time of year, we were treated to a wine tasting with a small accompaniment and then a tour of the family's wine cellar. What can I say? It was simply perfect: the staff were very friendly, the wine was excellent and explained to us, even as novices, in a very clear way, and the tour was also very interesting. We even bought a few bottles because the quality of the wine is so outstanding. We will definitely be back, as we fell in love with the village and the winery. Thank you so much!
