Passionate Winemakers
In the 1970s, the passion for the land and the vineyard led the father of the owner to move to a farm with a rural house dating back to 1601 in the” I Martini “district of Torbe di Negrar, the Balcony of the Classic Valpolicella. Since then a passionate adventure has started in the agricultural world between herringbone marogne and risers that knows no rest. The work in this countryside, once part of the properties of Villa Salvaterra di Prun, is mainly carried out among the rows of vineyards but also among olive and cherry trees in full respect of ancient agricultural practices.
Wines of excellent quality were refined in wooden barrels in the historic cellar “I Martini” with vaulted arches in Prune stone since 1908.
The present owner of the winery continues the tradition with the advice of his father.
