A Harmonious Blend of Tradition and Innovation

Since the mid-2000s, Marco Mengoni has led his family's vineyards, blending time-honored techniques with modern winemaking practices. Now, his daughter Benedetta brings new energy and ideas to the estate. Covering 22 hectares, the vineyard features a rich variety of grapes, including local favorites like Durella, Raboso, and Garganega, alongside international varieties such as Riesling Renano, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc.

Dalle Ore follows the Regola della Valle d'Agno, a local agricultural protocol that respects ancient farming traditions. Of the estate's 22 hectares, 15 are dedicated to vineyards, surrounded by lush woodlands that enhance biodiversity and create a natural habitat for beneficial insects and plants.

Dalle Ore is Certified Organic

The volcanic soil in this region gives the wines a unique character, reflecting the personalities of Marco and Benedetta. Dalle Ore is proud to be certified organic, employing minimal intervention in the winemaking process. Their approach includes using indigenous yeasts, static sedimentation, and maintaining low sulphite levels.

The Farm's Legacy

The Dalle Ore family's farming history began in 1903 when Girolamo Dalle Ore acquired the land. His passion for winemaking and commitment to quality laid the foundation for the estate. Today, we honor his legacy by practicing organic and biodynamic farming. We focus on authenticity, nurturing our vines without chemicals and carefully monitoring each step of the process. Our grapes, cultivated in a unique microclimate shaped by southern exposure, volcanic soil, and gentle breezes, reflect the essence of our terroir, resulting in distinctive wines.
