Yesterday I accompanied the Valcasoni rib with another Km zero excellence: the Solèr De Stefani. Impressive: it's been a long time since I found a product that so well represents the courageous choices of uniting so many well-refined details. A product that brings together many parts (starting from the grape variety, the aging, the use of wood,...) and none of these disturbs the others. The result is a wine that deserves your attention but that gives you a decidedly rich experience. Congratulations, thanks Chiara

The wine brilliantly tells the spirit of the family in creating wine, you can feel the years spent in France studying the technique, the processes that are then wonderfully applied to our territory, and this is how small gems like Olmèra, Solèr and without a doubt their flagship red Stèfen are born. Worthy of note is their classic method aged 120 months on the lees. The visit to the cellar among the various barriques is magical, the new elegant tasting room is the icing on the cake

Excellent, the fruit of a long family tradition. Organic, structured, carefully crafted from the field to the winery and then to the bottle.

Competent, in-depth advice. Excellent wines with a great wine-enjoyment ratio.

We happened to pass by and stopped. Excellent Prosecco! - but also at a relatively high price. But it was worth it for us. The lady who showed us the products was very friendly. We were also able to try some.

We went there for a wine tour and tasting and our guide was amazing. Perfect English, he was funny and he seemed to love his job. There was food with the tasting which was great and the wine was also good, however at that price I’ve had a lot better wine. But the standard was a medium
