The Limiti family produces exceptional wines, including: Campo Fattore 2017 IGT Lazio Bianco, crafted from Pinot and Chardonnay grapes, recognized by Wine Spectator for its 1998 vintage and rated 90/100 in Luca Maroni's 2021 guide as a wine of excellence; Costa Rotonda 2018 IGT Lazio Bianco, made from Sauvignon grapes, also rated 90/100 in the same guide; and Colle Delle Turchetto 2017 IGT Lazio Rosso, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc aged in Allier oak barrels, which received an impressive score of 93/100, marking it as a standout wine of Lazio.

I found myself as a guest of a friend in Centocelle, a neighborhood full of nightclubs, in one of these we tasted regional delicacies accompanied by a "Colle del Turchetto" wine, an excellent Merlot Cabernet Fran... I was truly impressed by the quality and aromas... I highly recommend this wine, an unexpected discovery.

Quaint Location and Excellent host
The location was definitely different than what I expected which can be good or bad. In this case, it was very good. The host was engaging and although we had to use google translate to communicate, we shared some good laughs and tasted some excellent wine!
