In the year 1995, Calmel and Joseph started their winery aptly names, Domain Joseph. After twenty years of hard work, the superb domain and a former farmhouse of Languedoc Roussillon has begun to be recognized for their wines. The winery property covers an area of 200 hectares in the countryside near two UNESCO World Heritage Sites -The Medieval Cities and the Canal du Midi are located right next to the winery.
