We did the wine tasting and had a fantastic time. Our host was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the wines. We learned a lot. Beautiful winery and they make their own honey, soap and olive oil. Highly recommended.

We did a tasting with Sandy and it seemed like one of the best decisions we could have made! The place is incredible, the wines are delicious and the service is even better! I definitely hope to return in the future.

The tasting was fantastic. We tasted 13 wines with good information for each. The wines are very original and the service is also top notch. I recommend it with 5 stars.

A place where time stands still in the first light of autumn. Warm welcome, quality accommodation, swimming pool, sauna, walks in the surrounding area, all the ingredients for a relaxing moment are there. The tasting of the estate's wines completes this moment. Thank you very much.

We had a private degustation with Sandy which left us well informed about the appalation areas and the way the domaine works. Not to mention the very nice wines we tasted/nipped. Thank you Sandy! Best regards Ton And Rhonda Bluekens

Incredibly beautiful vineyard, with amazing service and staff! Wines were gorgeous and as complete wine newbies, the experience was so informative. We were very very late (45 minutes, completely our own fault!) and were still fully accommodated and given a full tour and tasting! Such a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. No snobbery whatsoever. Also, a warning to anyone who intends to cycle from Carcassonne (like ourselves); if you input the bike function on google maps, it will make you traverse fields, private property etc. You would be better off putting in the car function and following that route.

We came for a tasting. We are used to it and have also met colorful characters at times. This is undoubtedly one of the best we have done. On paper, at least 6 wines over 1 hour. In fact, this time, in two hours, there were 13 wines that we did not see pass by! And beyond the quantity, we would like to highlight the quality of the wines tasted, as well as the professionalism, sympathy and humor of our hostess.
