The Great Terroir of Domaine Combe Blanche
To be able to produce wines with a high quality they do the harvesting by hand. The terroir is composed of clay-limestone soils, a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and low rainfalls, ideal for balanced and harmonious wines. The red wines are made using the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Tempranillo and Pinot Noir. They are matured in vats and barrels for up to 24 months.
