A discovery of an unpretentious vineyard but which produces excellent wines It’s a shame he’s so little known. The winemaking techniques are really completely dominated while remaining simple. An example of not filtering their wines, they have exterior and interior vats and they play with the seasons to coagulate the residues, no fining or other technique. In short, you have to come and talk and have a snack Look at the sulphite level in wines. For the record, Demeter authorizes 70 Mg. And theirs flirt with those under 30. What you have to come and taste for yourself. And you will leave with some excellent bottles. They are also on the markets of the region and in particular with their excellent cheese.
