Exceptional Burgundy Wines Crafted with Care
A Family Tradition of Winemaking
Domaine Marc Jambon & Fils, established in 1996 in Pierreclos, Burgundy, is a family-owned winery dedicated to producing high-quality wines. Spanning 12 hectares, the estate cultivates five grape varieties across the renowned appellations of Pouilly-Vinzelles and Macon-Pierreclos.
Commitment to Sustainable Practices
The vineyards at Domaine Marc Jambon & Fils thrive on diverse soils, including clay-limestone for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, marno-siliceous for Aligoté, and granite for Gamay. The estate follows agroecological methods, ensuring high environmental standards and respect for the local ecosystem. With sloping plots that limit machinery access, most vineyard work is done manually, enhancing the quality of the grapes. The estate produces around 50,000 liters of wine annually, with 13 distinct vintages. The white wines are crafted through long pneumatic pressing and vinified in stainless steel vats, while the red wines, including Gamay and Pinot Noir, are known for their fruity character. The finest red vintages are aged for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, resulting in a rich and enjoyable tasting experience.
