It is in 1977 that their parents, Nicole and Alain Ollier marketed the first bottle of the domain. They delimited the wines of Faugères to only superior quality. Accession to the AOC (controlled designation of origin) dates from 1982 (decree of May 5) for red and rosé wines, from 2004 for white wines. Luc began working at the vineyard estate in the year 1990, and Françoise in 2002.
This winery sits in the south of France, in the North-East of the AOC Faugères, in the heart of Languedoc, Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is family Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother, and sister, the 5th generation of native winegrowers run the winery. They are now responsible for these 36 hectares of vineyards in the AOC Faugères zone, which is now converted into organic farming.
Their production is 1,100 hectoliters on average. And, they bottle all of our production on the property and marketed by them. You can rent a charming cottage in Languedoc, in FOS, in the heart of the AOC Faugers vineyard. Located between Montpellier and Carcassonne, 40 km from the Mediterranean, 30 km from Lake Salagou Lake and 20 km from the Orb Valley, in a quiet village of Haut-Languedoc. However, the reservation is possible by the central Gîtes de France or the Gîtes de France Hérault.
