A Family Legacy of Exceptional Wines in Languedoc-Roussillon
Domaine Ollier-Taillefer: A Family Winery
Founded in 1977 by Nicole and Alain Ollier, Domaine Ollier-Taillefer has a rich history in winemaking. The winery played a significant role in establishing the Faugères Appellation for red and rosé wines in 1982, followed by white wines in 2004. Luc joined the family business in 1990, and Françoise followed in 2002, continuing the family tradition.
