The winery partners with a wine technician for cultivation of the wine. Vines are grown in a reasoned way in accordion with the wine technician. Growing vines in such a way minimizes chances of development of diseases and facilitates the maturity of the grapes. This ensures that the vines grow in a proper and healthy way. Soil work is done by ploughing.The harvest is done manually and the grapes that grow here are stored on the table to make sure only the healthy ones are selected. WInes are aged in oak barrels for over a year. Macerations here are adapted to each appellation and each vintage. At Domaine Poulleau Michel Pere & FILS wines are given the greatest care until they are bottled.
