Domaine R & P Bouley, a Familty-Run Winery for Five Generations
Pascal Bouley is the fifth generation of his family to make wine in Volnay, a little south of Dijon. His son, Pierrick, who joined the business in 2005 after studying viticulture will be the sixth generation. The winery has almost 10 hectares of vineyards in this glorious part of Burgundy. While father and son look after the vineyards, Pascal’s wife, Reyanne, is in charge of the cellar. Nestled just below the Chaignot mountain, it’s a beautiful region to live and work.
