A Passionate History of a Passionate Winery

Winegrowing and winemaking can be a tough and exhausting job at times and this family has hung in there since the nineteenth century. Initiated by the great grandfather in Savigny-lès-Beaune, the development happened gradually having faced many challenges. What started off with 3 hectares of land for vineyards has now grown to 7 hectares with no less than 10 appellations.

Skills Learnt Through Time

Along with the passion that seems to have been passed on from generation to generation in this family, the skills and the secrets of vines were also passed on. The pruning, the removing suckers, debudding, ploughing all were passed on with grace. Besides the secrets of the family, the winemakers have studied viticulture
