Famille Gilet is a family-owned winery founded in 2020, located in the charming village of Précy-le-Sec, strategically positioned between the renowned regions of Vézelay and Chablis in Burgundy.
Our estate spans nearly 8 hectares, with 6 hectares dedicated to the picturesque Vézelay vineyard and the remainder in Précy-le-Sec. This diverse landscape allows us to cultivate a variety of grapes, showcasing the unique terroir of the region.
At Famille Gilet, we primarily produce Chardonnay and Melon de Bourgogne. In 2021, we expanded our offerings by planting new grape varieties, including Viognier, Chenin, and Marsalan in Précy-le-Sec. This commitment to innovation reflects our passion for crafting exceptional wines that capture the essence of Burgundy.
