Founded in 1965, Fattoria Biologica Il Pino is a testament to the dedication of three generations of the Mannino family: Giovanbattista, Vincenzo, and Giovanni. Their enduring passion for the land is carried on by Matteo and Gabriele Mannino, who work tirelessly to maintain the family legacy of organic farming.

As children, Gabriele and Matteo would gaze at the expansive Tuscan sky, competing to spot shooting stars while crickets chirped and fireflies danced around them. Today, they have turned that childhood dream into reality, cultivating twenty hectares of land that yield exceptional organic wines. Their vineyard is home to Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, and Alegante Bushe, producing high-quality Chianti D.O.C.G. and I.G.T. wines that reflect the unique terroir of San Gimignano.
