Fattoria Fibbiano

We stayed at Fattoria Fibbiano for our honeymoon! It was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Only when you visit you realize the beauty of this place. The breathtaking view in combination with the excellent service made this trip an unforgettable experience. Their wines are amazing, we did the tour and the wine testing and every bottle has a story to tell. I want to highlight the quality of the service also! The family that owes the business and the stuff were impeccable. We are grateful for meeting those people and they will always stay in our hearts 💕. A place to visit, an experience to live, memories that will never fade!

We spent two nights in the accommodation and were delighted. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and in an attractive location. The wine selection is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. The entire complex is very well maintained and we immediately felt at home. It was a real highlight of our vacation. Individual requests are also taken into account and restaurant reservations are gladly made.

We didn't stay here but did a wine tasting. Fantastic experience! Especially the lady who did the tour made it so much fun. She knew how to answer every question and we certainly enjoyed it. Delicious wines, beautiful surroundings and Olivia and Gina (the dogs) are great! Would love to come back again! Love the 4 amigos

A perfect place to relax. That's exactly how I imagined a rustic and lovingly decorated country hotel. I had a room in the old wing, which was really beautifully renovated. In the morning there is a very nice breakfast, with lots of organic products. There is also a large pool with a fantastic view over the entire valley. There are enough parking spaces and even an e-charging station. The area is cordoned off with a chain in the evening, so you don't have to worry about break-ins, etc. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a nice wine bar that also offers small dishes that are great to have with a bottle of wine. I would 100% recommend it!

We had a 7 day stay at the Fattoria and enjoyed every minute of it. The whole staff was lovely and very welcoming. I would recommend to do a wine tour & tasting and if possible a dinner. The Fattoria is located on a hill with a stunning view towards the Tuscan hills and Volterra. They pay attention to sustainability and home made and or local, organic food.

We stumbled onto this place and unintentionally crashed an Easter Family gathering. We had not noticed that the winery was closed but that didn't seem too much of a concern for the boss, Nicola, because we hardly had time to apologize before being handed a glass of lovely red wine and introduced to the friends and family. We passed some time hearing stories of the land and the wine and realized that this was one of those travel moments to remember and cherish. Thanks very much for the warm reception and next time we meet I will bring you a bottle of that Merlot you mentioned. Ian and Pia.

We did not stay in the hotel. We booked a wine tour and tasting, which turned out to be the best any of us have ever experienced. Silvia did an excellent job of presenting the mission and business of Fattoria Fibbiano and the family that owns it. She also was very knowledgeable during the wine tasting, which included an excellent variety of wines and delicious local food . One of our best experiences in Tuscany!

Enchanting place immersed in the green hills; here you can enjoy absolute peace. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel at home and the two girls at the Wine Bar are prepared, professional and know how to recommend the best wine based on personal tastes. The aperitifs and breakfast are characterized by high quality local products (to say they are good is an understatement). The icing on the cake are the two Golden Retrievers, Olivia and Gina, who always bring a smile.

Farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan hills, ideal for spending time relaxing. Very welcoming and helpful staff without ever being too intrusive. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast with local and homemade products. Definitely worth returning!

Excellent agriturismo with winery immersed in the nature of the Pisan hills, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The construction of another era is rural, typical of Tuscany, which however responds to all the needs and comforts of today. The management is family with a vocation for the production of wine, with the offer of tasting and purchase of their products. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and the breakfast, both savory and sweet, is excellent and abundant, with fresh and quality products. A small corner of Tuscan paradise of total silence and absolute relaxation.

Very harmonious winery in Tuscany - wine/olive oil and the mixed platter (ham, salami and cheese) from the region were very, very tasty. Very attentive staff - we are looking forward to enjoying the wine and olive oil we bought at home.

Wonderful location. Very competent and helpful staff. The structure is excellent and equipped with all the comforts for an impeccable stay. The farmhouse is located in a strategic position and allows visitors to range over a vast itinerary of places to visit (Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, San Giminiano, Siena..). The swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility that the surrounding nature has to offer. But the undisputed protagonist of this fantastic place is the wine. The tasting of wines and local products, the guided tour of the cellar and the suggestive wine bar overlooking the Pisan hills, are the flagship of this fabulous location. Highly recommended!!

Excellent agriturismo. Large and well-furnished rooms with kitchen use, very inviting common areas, very helpful owners and staff. In the evening, in the silence of the estate and surrounded by greenery and cicadas we regenerated. The only shame was the short stay.

We booked the tasting and were pleasantly surprised. The owner showed us everything and explained a lot. He was very interested. A little something to eat was also offered during the tasting and we were able to try 5 really great wines. Really great! The property is beautiful.
