Finca La Estacada Winery is a family-owned establishment located in La Estacada, a quaint town near Tarancon, just a 40-minute drive from Madrid and Cuenca. The winery is situated on a historic estate that was once owned by the descendants of Queen María Cristina, widow of Fernando VII. Acquired by the Cantarero Rodríguez family in the early 2000s, the estate spans 278 hectares of gently rolling hills, providing an ideal environment for viticulture.
Founded in 2001, the winery aims to produce exceptional wines that reflect the unique characteristics of its vineyards.
The philosophy at Finca La Estacada focuses on capturing the essence of its land, resulting in wines that are both rich and high-quality. The winery utilizes advanced technology to ensure the best possible production process. Careful vineyard management guarantees that only the finest grapes are selected for maceration, where fermentation occurs over 7-10 days. The extraction of polyphenolic content from the grape skins is a crucial step, lasting between 10-30 days depending on the grape variety. The winery also boasts 3,000 American and French oak barrels, allowing the wines to mature gracefully.

Write a reviewWe were only there for 24 hours, but it was worth it. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the hour and a half in the huge spa, the tasting dinner for 10 people... everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly, Guillermo was super efficient, and the waiters were very professional. The over-the-top breakfast buffet and the visit to the winery were magnificent, with Maria Ángeles's charm. In fact, I couldn't have asked for more to relax and unwind. Thank you all, we'll do it again!

We went to a wine tasting plus meal. We really enjoyed the humorous tasting with Sergio. The food was all very good and very well served. The lounge and cafeteria are very cozy. It is highly recommended. We will repeat it and stay at your hotel next time.

Hello friends, for my birthday on January 13, 2025, they invited me to a stay that included a winery visit led by María Ángeles, a meal, and an afternoon spa session from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Highly recommended! Great room, perfect beds. Room number 6. I'll be back. The staff is very professional and attentive. Very friendly and welcoming... I will definitely be back. Thank you, Jesus and Susana.

Hello, we spent a night and a day at Finca La Estacada and we can say that we really enjoyed it. ALL ! Very good value for money. Mario and a professional were there for us, the dinner was very good and the truth was that I was quite surprised. The breakfast buffet was very good and we decided to do a tasting and a visit to the winery and it was a success and Gemma explained everything very well and you get three wines to taste, we really liked it!!! We brought two boxes home. Their wines are very good and the price is better. I will definitely recommend the experience and I will definitely come back! Thank you very much
