Initially established as a cooperative, the winery has grown from 250 members in 1973 to over 600 today. Bodegas Alcardet is committed to quality and sustainability, holding certifications such as RIA, ISO 14001, IFS, and organic and vegan certifications.

The Vineyards and Winemaking Process

The quality of Bodegas Alcardet wines begins in the vineyard. A skilled team of field technicians works diligently to maintain the health and characteristics of each grape variety. The region's limestone soil and challenging climate require careful attention, with most vineyard tasks performed manually, from pruning to harvest. This hands-on approach, combined with exceptional winemaking practices, results in three distinct wine ranges: “Sommelier,” “Natura,” and “Sparkling.”
