If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing spot - for wine tasting, light meals, events and the like, then Hazendal is a spot. Nestled within the stunning Hazendal Wine Estate, this deli serves up freshly baked goods, light meals, and a variety of gourmet treats - including picnics on the lawns. What makes this place stand out is the setting. Whether you sit inside or outside, the views of the vineyards and gardens are incredible. Plus, it’s super family-friendly, with a great play area for kids. Their fresh pastries and sourdough bread are fantastic, but if you want something more substantial, their eggplant salad is a solid choice.

Wow!!!! I’m speechless. What a gorgeous wine estate with exceptional staff. Every single bit of detail is taken care of here. The landscape and gardens are gorgeous and you are treated like a VIP throughout your stay. The food is immaculate and the experience beyond amazing. Whether it’s a visit for the day, or having a wedding here or just coming for a wine tasting, you will LOVE IT!

Myself and my wife celebrated our 37 wedding anniversary at the Hotel Restuarant on the 12/12. Wow I could not fault the food, the service as well as the ambiance. The staff made our experience memorable. I have to single out Henriette that attended to all our needs, she was awesome I was on crutches due to a knee procedure. We were well looked after, seated with a nice view. Again 5 star treatment as well as the venue. Would recommend this for really good fine dinning.

Hazendal Wine Estate is a stunning venue, perfect for year-end functions and weddings , offering excellent service and delicious pizza. The estate features tasting rooms for wine lovers and a beautiful setting for memorable photos. For added fun, there are vintage cars and a "put-put" (mini-golf) course, making it a charming and entertaining destination. With its breathtaking scenery, unique attractions, and fantastic service, Hazendal is a wonderful place to relax, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Great service received from the staff

Stellenbosch is simply a fantastic destination and without a doubt deserves 5 stars! The whole area is beautifully designed, with well-tended vineyards and a picturesque landscape that immediately catches the eye. The car exhibition was a real highlight of my visit. The chic selection of vehicles is impressive and offers a great contrast to the idyllic surroundings. It is really fun to admire the latest models as well as some classic cars - perfect for car enthusiasts! Of course, wine is a central part of Stellenbosch. The quality and variety of the wines are outstanding. Every wine I tried was delicious and the wine tastings were very well organized. The combination of expert advice and a relaxed atmosphere makes the wine experience particularly enjoyable.
