What a picturesque place! Old, castle-like period property. Amazing views to surrounding Tuscan landscape. Private, quiet and serene. Natural swimming pool with lillies. Super soft and clean water. Breakfast was good, no other food was offered which was a real shame. Wouldn't mind staying just there, not going anywhere else for a few days if only offered lunch and dinner. The staff were very helpful to advice as to where to have a good dinner.

The room, or rather the small apartment was magnificent, whether it was the exterior, the breakfast room, the reception and the relaxation area, everything is pleasant and simple. Il Paluffo was more beautiful in person than depicted in the photos. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with our accommodations. The location was remote, yet close to some of the central areas in the region. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

What a magical property with the most stunning Tuscany view. The photos don’t capture the true beauty. We stayed in the Blu room which had ample space. The villa has so many places to sit and enjoy the surrounds. We loved the natural pool for an afternoon of relaxing with a bottle of vino produced on site. Thanks to Claudia and the staff for a fantastic stay.

The hotel is magnificent. The house is sublime, the charm of the old building is preserved with taste. It's everything I like. The breakfast is plentiful, the swimming pool is quiet and there is always a shady spot. The welcome is warm. It is a true haven of peace in the middle of nature.

Breathtaking views across the valley, vineyards, and olive groves. This bed and breakfast is actually a grand 600 year old villa with breakfast. It was incredibly hot so a little difficult to hike around and hang out by the pool. I did enjoy cooling off in the natural pond/pool. I was on a health kick so did no sample the Chianti - so fabulous to be able to stay at a working vineyard and olive oil farm. Shout out to staff member for being so helpful in figuring out gluten-free options for me.

Our stay was magical! From the beautiful restored villa to the wonderful pool with amazing views to the outstanding service we couldn't have been happier. In fact we extended our stay another day as it was so hard to leave. And the breakfast was the best! Claudia , Alla and Fatima so helpful and friendly! We loved the apartment Forno! Private and beautiful! The icing on the cake was they are “green” accommodation. Eco friendly and earth conscious. Thank you all!

A fantastically beautiful ambience, super friendly service and a great facility. And it was really practical that we could charge our car on site every evening. The natural pool and garden invite you to relax and were a welcome change on hot days. We would be happy to come back anytime!

Enchanting magical experience.

A place immersed in the Tuscan countryside among vines and olive trees, full of history and truly magical. Precious furnishings (antique furniture of great value and value animate the bedrooms, decorated with frescoes of the time): everything is taken care of with love, in the smallest details. Kindness and cordiality of the owner, who also produces excellent wines and oil. Highly recommended stay, unforgettable experience.

The resort is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is wonderful and the view is breathtaking. Then the renovation is of a superior level and for refined palates. The restoration of the structure has left the ancient flavor intact but nothing is left to chance because the furnishings and furniture are the right ones and perfectly integrated with the colors of the walls and the frescoes and the result is of great beauty. Highly recommended for the good taste of the owners combined with the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. If you like the harmony between the most refined Tuscan tradition and the generous nature that surrounds it, Paluffo is for you.

Very beautifully situated on a hill. The view sweeps over the Tuscan landscape, and you can see San Gimignano in the distance. Very quiet atmosphere, and the guests behave accordingly. The estate has a beautifully landscaped garden with a natural pool and an adjacent basin with water lilies. The FORNO apartment extends over two and a half floors. Everything has been carefully restored so that the original character has been preserved. As the windows were naturally quite small 400 years ago, the lower living room in particular is very dark. A little more lighting would have been welcome here, for example spotlighting the beautiful natural stone walls. There is still a lot of potential. In front of the apartments there are small private terraces or gardens with parasols and garden furniture. Breakfast can be taken inside in the vault with the adjoining wine cellar, or in the courtyard. Unfortunately there are a few tables here, so you can make do with various seating areas spread out over the grounds. The former estate is great for relaxing and recharging your batteries. There is also its own wine production "PALUFFO".

Il Paluffo, an unexpected structure in the Chianti countryside, reveals a fully eco-sustainable context, with extreme attention from the owners, Luca and Liana who welcome everyone with a smile and a pleasant calm. Rooms, apartments, all contextualized in a Villa of rare beauty, with a conservative restoration that reveals unexpected details. If you come by electric car you will find the possibility of recharging with 5 charging points, with a Tesla you also have the possibility of having dedicated points. The bio pool is a nice way to make this leisure eco-sustainable and contextualize it in the territory, try it to believe it. Luca, in addition to his many passions, dedicates himself to the care of the place together with Liana and also produces wines with ancestral methods and innovative techniques as well as organic vegetables. I can only recommend this magnificent place.

Situated in the Tuscan hills this splendid 18th century farmhouse is a fantastic home for stays in Tuscany being close to some of the most visited cities and villages such as San Gimignano Montepulciano Certaldo Cortona Siena. It also enjoys a splendid view and excellent services such as the natural swimming pool (where the water is filtered by plants and where newts and frogs live) and spacious apartments in addition to the common reading room. A place entirely designed to protect the environment with renewable energy. Excellent recommended. Worth it!

Beautiful, old building with oil and wine press, spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Good mix between ancient building and modern elements. Beautiful gardens with natural swimming pond, laid out over several terraces. In spring it is very cool in the old buildings, which is certainly an advantage in summer. We were not able to test the kitchen as it does not open until later in the season.

A wonderful hotel. The location is spectacular. Pure Tuscany. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and eager to make your stay perfect. Federica helped us a lot with suggestions for places and bookings. Everything was a luxury! We will return.

Il Pauluffo is spectacular. The excellent location, the incredible view, the architecture and design of the facilities make you feel at home in Tuscany. And the staff is extremely friendly. F., who is responsible for customer relations, is very kind and attentive, always concerned with making the guest feel at home. Oh, and it's important to mention that the facilities are super sustainable... from separating the waste into 4-5 different types to the electric charging point for your car. I highly recommend it. You can't go wrong with this choice.
