This organic wine is very easy to drink! Rosé, white wine, red wine... We produce a variety of grape varieties, from Sangiovese to Chardonnay, and there is a wide selection of wines. Also the wine label is very distinctive and you want to show off the bottle even after drinking it! Everyone at the winery is very nice and it is a business that I would love to visit again! In addition to this place, there is a restaurant in the old town of San Miniato that was originally a small restaurant that has been renovated and it is also very nice and cozy! “Ristorante Pepenero” Grazie infinite e molto gentile!! I was extremely well received at the winery, a comfortable space to taste great wines, olive oil, Gin, Vermuth and honey of the highest quality. We left with lots of purchases to take back to Brazil. I went with my family, four of us in total, and everyone had a great time—my mom, sister, and husband. The owners are wonderful people, and they treated us very well. The visit is definitely worth it!

We discovered this winery during a long weekend in Tuscany and were pleasantly surprised. As bloggers, we were intrigued by their innovative marketing approach, which combines wine, photography and art, creating a truly unique atmosphere. We attended a tasting of three wines, which turned out to be very satisfying. Everything was accompanied by a selection of cured meats, cheeses, bread and olive oil, also produced by the company. The owners proved to be extremely helpful and hospitable, so much so that they personally drove us by jeep to tour the property, with its vast olive groves and vineyards that extend over many hectares. The winery is currently in the process of moving to a newly built, more modern and better equipped location; for now, the tastings will take place in the rooms that will soon become exclusively the company warehouse. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive and made us curious to visit the future tasting room. We liked the wines we tasted, as well as the history and story behind the company name and logo. Recommended visit!

We come from Switzerland and had the pleasure of visiting the organic Inserrata winery on August 1st. The boutique winery is located near the beautiful small town of San Miniato in Tuscany. It was a great pleasure. First we walked through the old and newly planted vineyards. Gebrielle explained everything to us about his grape varieties, the soils and the mesoclimate around the winery. It was very exciting. Then he showed us the new wine cellar, equipped with concrete tanks and amphorae, which will ensure even more fruitiness in the wines. Later we tasted the wines. Gebrielle produces a wonderful white Sangiovese - we have never seen anything like it before. There are also rosé wines, an orange wine and 2 outstanding Chardonnays, one of which is very similar in character and development to a great Burgundy. The range is rounded off with a wonderfully fruity red Merlot. We can highly recommend the winery. The hospitality is top notch. The winery is also very easy to reach. Gladly again!

We recently visited InSerrata Winery for a wine and olive oil tasting and had such a great experience! Gabri taught us about all of the wines that we tasted, educated us about making the olive oil, and spoiled us with a ton of delicious food. We highly recommend visiting InSerrata as both the wine and olive oil are delicious!

Wines of quality clearly, but clearly superior. Research and raw materials of the highest level have given life to a series of truly unique wines. I tasted the white Sangiovese, the rosé, the Merlot. You can feel the passion with which they are made. I generally do not drink white wine because it gives me a headache, I drink these serenely and with great pleasure for the palate. Well done. A small Tuscan and Italian excellence.

Organic Farm in the municipality of San Mniato where the vineyards climb up hills kissed by the sun. Pleasant and excellent quality wine. Tasted their organic rosé... exceptional.

A cute boutique Organic winery in the heart of Tuscany. Very welcoming owners invite you try try there organic wine range with accompanied cheeses and antipasto boards. My pick is the white Sangiovese, delicious. They also produce high quality organic olive oil and honey. A must visit and try to add to your Tuscany trip.
