Inserrata is a family-owned business specialized in biological agriculture since 1997. Surrounded by the magnificent Tuscan landscape, it differentiates itself in quality and style, respecting and ensuring the protection of the environment and its biodiversity. Characterized by a strong artistic passion, the company from Tuscany distinguishes itself by its creativity and values, which go beyond the boundaries of agriculture. A few years ago Inserrata started collaborating with artists from all over Europe, organizing special shows of photography, art, and design.
The company has always been attentive to food safety and environmental protection with particular attention to landscape aspects, as in our farms cultivated with olive groves, vineyards, orchards, and pasture is carried out twice a year the practice of organic green manure, a practice that consists in enhancing the activity of biological agents, nutrients naturally present in the soil. The plant of the green manure left on the ground then allows to not carry onerous and damaging work that would upset the natural layering of the soil.

Uma experiência maravilhosa!!!! 4 days of accommodation between the couples and olive trees in the listing. A house equipped with everything in Tuscany! Gabrielle with her incrível reception.. vinhos maravilhoso, modernos e orgânicos. This organic wine is very easy to drink! Rosé, white wine, red wine... We produce a variety of grape varieties, from Sangiovese to Chardonnay, and there is a wide selection of wines. Also the wine label is very distinctive and you want to show off the bottle even after drinking it! Everyone at the winery is very nice and it is a business that I would love to visit again! In addition to this place, there is a restaurant in the old town of San Miniato that was originally a small restaurant that has been renovated and it is also very nice and cozy! “Ristorante Pepenero” Grazie infinite e molto gentile!!
