La Bri Wine Estate is nestled in the picturesque town of Franschhoek, located in the Western Cape of South Africa. This state-of-the-art facility features a unique circular design and employs a gravity-fed winemaking process. The Vineyards of La Bri
Spanning 15 hectares, the vineyards of La Bri thrive in diverse soil types, including sandy loam and rich alluvial soils. This variety allows for the cultivation of a wide range of grape varieties. Each La Bri wine is adorned with a unique Cape flower label, symbolizing its character. For instance, the Chardonnay features the Yellow Clivia, while the Viognier is represented by the Green Ixia. The Affinity is marked by the Wine Cup, the Merlot by the March Lily, and the Cabernet Sauvignon by the White Watsonia. Very exciting wine pairing tasting (with a choice of chocolate, biltong or Turkish delight). As part of our curated wine tour, we were also able to take a look behind the scenes of the winery, with explanations from the lady responsible for wine production. Everything was very pleasant. One of our two favorite wines during the vacation came from here ("Affinity").

Love their location, service and wine, especially MCC and Double door blend red and Syrah, kiddies chocolate lemonade pairing and meat red wine pairing.

A great stop along the wine-tram. This farm was more quaint that others in the area and our favorite. The biltong and chocolate pairings were excellent - we left with a few bottles! The staff was exceptionally friendly and the ambiance spectacular
