L'azienda agricola La Cedraia è situata sulle colline tra Gavi e Novi Ligure nella zona Gavi DOCG del Piemonte. L'azienda si estende su una superficie di circa 3 ettari, di cui la metà è coltivata a vigneto. Paolo e Marco Cremonini nutrono tanto amore per la terra, trasmesso loro dal padre Carlo. L'azienda punta alla produzione e allo sviluppo di un vino fresco e gradevole nel rispetto e nella tutela dell'ambiente del Gavi.

Condizioni ideali per il vigneto

I vigneti sono posti in pendio e sono soleggiati tutto il giorno. Il terreno è caratterizzato da marne argillose di colore grigio intenso, perfette per la coltivazione del vitigno Cortese. La brezza notturna e l'umidità forniscono qui il microclima ideale. L'uva Cortese viene utilizzata per produrre vini bianchi Gavi DOCG di eccezionale qualità. I vini hanno il gusto perfetto e rappresentano giustamente il terroir della regione del Gavi.

La loro casa padronale

La tenuta è dotata di una casa padronale affacciata sui vigneti ed è realizzata con tecniche murarie del XVII secolo. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato mediante intonaco e tinteggiatura a calce. L'azienda utilizza metodi sostenibili in tutte le fasi della vinificazione per ridurre al minimo gli effetti negativi sull'ambiente e sul clima della zona.

La Cedraia è certificata dal marchio VIVA del Ministero dell'Ambiente italiano per le sue tecniche di vinificazione sostenibili.

L'azienda è dedita alla tutela e valorizzazione delle aree naturali circostanti. C'è una grande biodiversità e bellezza qui a perdita d'occhio ed è un ottimo posto da visitare.

Beautiful experience in a fantastic day. Very detailed explanation of the wines and the territory. The tasting includes quality local products. What I most appreciated sincerely is the fact that one person (the owner) dedicates the entire morning to a visit for only two people. Thank you.

Great wine tour and tasting provided by Marco, the owner of the winery. My family and I are from Asia and like to experience local culture. Marco showed us his yard, house and the wine from the land to us. We enjoyed this tour and of course the wine and snack. 5 ⭐️!

We had an incredible time at La Cedraia, and it was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The winery owner was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to help us arrange transport from Genoa to the Novi Ligure train station and even reserving a taxi for us—handling every detail seamlessly. During the tour, Marco personally guided us through the vineyard, providing a fascinating and thorough explanation of Gavi wines and the entire winemaking process. His passion and knowledge made the tour even more enjoyable. The tasting itself was exceptional. The wine selection was delightful, and the snacks provided alongside made for the perfect pairing. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. If you love wine and want an authentic, immersive experience, this is a must-do!

The estate is wrapped in a dated place, between woods and vineyards. Mr. Marco is a prepared and kind person who enthusiastically tells his story and his wine. Tasting with samples also of local products that make you enjoy the moment and the good wine even more.
