La Piana Winery

We participated with the donation of a Smartbox, a really nice experience. We met with like-minded people and others, talked and ate together, it was really special. They explained to us how their work works and how long they have been doing it, we were able to taste the grapes directly from the plant and then we tasted their glasses accompanied by some delicious charcuterie. We recommend you stop by there to buy the wines if you want to give gifts or take them to a special evening :)

Wonderful place immersed in the Modena countryside. Getting there is easy, we chose to visit the vineyard with tasting. We were accompanied by Martina and Daniele who introduced us to the world of wine production starting from the vine to the bottle. The experience was more than enjoyable, we took advantage of it to take two of their bottles that had impressed us, which we will gladly open as soon as possible. If you pass by, do not hesitate to stop by!

Great experience on the way to Florence. We stopped by here spontaneously and were able to try wines and bought a few bottles. Taste good and varied. Competent explanations and very friendly staff. Family business. Great value for money. I would stop again! The little detour was more than worth it. Recommended for anyone who is interested in sparkling wines and wants to learn something about them and take great wine home with them. Prices between: 8-15€ per bottle

Super positive experience with Smartbox, friendly and competent staff. Tasting of 6 types of wine, accompanied by an equally excellent cold cuts platter. Highly recommended.

The best experience we could ever had, glad that this was our first wine tasting and the way it was done.. We arrived for a tour in the winery and wine tastings (ordered online) accompanied by local bread and cheese. We spent there 1.5 enjoying hours , discussing with the sommelier about wines and lambrusco production. Recommend to arrive before sunset, so you'll see the view of the valley in the beautiful afternoon light. The wines were good, and grant us a totally new opinion about lambrusco. in our country, bars usually serves the cheap version which is too sweet and extra brut party wine. But the original D.O.P lambrusco we tasted at La Piana was a good quality wine that we can enjoy and appreciate, has complex taste and lightly sparkled. We tasted 4 different wines, the white was our least favourite.

We wanted to tour in a short notice and they were very welcoming. Martina was lovely and gave us an amazing tour. The wines were stunning! And she explained it with passion 10/10!!! We came out with a box🤭🤭 they were also vegetarian friendly 🌱

I wish I could say this in every language. Absolutely amazing. One of the best wine tastings I have ever had (and I have had many). Beautiful service, friendly, knowledgeable and every.single.wine.the.best. If you can’t make it FIND a way to order this wine. Thank you for the beautiful attention!!!

Company surrounded by greenery. We did a short tasting of house wines all excellent. We bought several cases. They also offer tasting tours with a visit to the vineyards. Young owner very prepared. What can I say go guys!!!!
