Nestled between the stunning Garda Lake and the majestic Alps, this region of Verona boasts an ideal microclimate for viticulture. The winery's story began nearly 20 years ago when Noemi’s father purchased the first parcel of land. Over the years, he expanded the estate, and today, Noemi continues the family legacy with a vision to share her love for Valpolicella wines and broaden the winery's reach.

Wine tasting and visits can be a commercial affair, a friendly but disorganised one or, in the case of Le Guaite di Noemi, a warm, friendly reunion with a knowledgable, passionate and welcoming host! We were truly spoilt by the experience, hospitality and charm of Le Guaite di Noemi and since them, I've been enjoying the wines, remembering one of my best wine tasting experiences ever, and plotting a return!

Yesterday I went there with my partner for a wine tasting because after tasting their Amarone at the Mudec in Milan, it was a must to meet them. Noemi is an extraordinary girl, very knowledgeable and very kind, it was very pleasant to chat with her and learn her story. Go there because it's really worth it. And what wines. We stocked up on a few bottles and I recommend you try the oil too, it gives a wonderful flavor to the bread. We will definitely visit them again. And a big thank you for this experience!

A wonderful afternoon with Noemi and her wines. We booked a one-hour visit to a winery and instead spent almost three hours chatting in a place where passion and work are one and the same, and where the quality of the wines perfectly reflects the owner's dedication and commitment. It's impossible not to be won over.

Visiting the “Le Guaite di Noemi” winery was a truly pleasant experience. Nestled in the hills, this winery combines the beauty of the landscape with a warm and professional welcome. Since her arrival, Noemi has demonstrated great competence and passion for her business, providing us with numerous useful but never banal information. During the visit we had the opportunity to learn more about the various phases of wine production and discover how tradition and technology come together to create quality labels. The tasting was well organized and allowed us to taste a variety of wines that reflect the essence of the region. Our favorite was without a doubt the Ripasso, truly great.

I visited the winery "Le Guaite di Noemi" and was very impressed by the passion and professionalism of Noemi Pizzighella, a young winemaker who runs the company with great dedication. Growing up among vineyards, she gained deep experience and today produces wines that reflect the tradition and elegance of the Valpolicella area. Among the wines she offers, Valpolicella Superiore is certainly one of my favorites. It is a wine with great structure, characterized by intense notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, with a spicy and floral touch. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a freshness that makes it perfect to pair with meat dishes and aged cheeses. Each sip is a balanced experience between fruit and spice, with a pleasant persistence. I highly recommend a visit to this winery to discover Noemi's exciting work and taste her unique wines. I'll see you at hostaria to use all my tokens!
